A tape got stuck in my stock tape deck (88 M3). I got the tape out, but the deck still thinks the tape is in. I disconnected the battery, hopeing the deck would reset itself. Now I cannot put in the code because the radio thinks there is a tape in. You cannot put in the code if a tape is in the deck. I pulled the radio out and disconnected all of the wires, still no luck. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
