The reason we all may have had trouble finding the company is that the name is spelled LOTEC, not Lotech. (Look at the images on page 35). Just a minor faux paus on the part of the magazine...

If you do a web search, they've built a reputation designing turbos for a number of high-end autos (ferrari, Benz, porsche, lamborghini, etc.). This could be the ticket - wonder what it costs??
