When I lived in Europe/the UK I found that there was a definate hierarchy on the roads that made things go so much smoother and more efficiently. Slow drivers actually stay in the slow lanes, faster drivers in the middle and the passing lane is for passing only. This system works wonderfully and I wish they would train new drivers this way here in the US. Nothing bugs me more than being stuck behind like 3 minivans three abreast on the freeway all doing the same speed! And God forbid you should flash your brights to get someone to let you by. They're going 55 in the fast lane and *you're* the idiot? Driver training needs to change drastically here in the US.
