are, they are special because, the goverment is protecting against the international comerce specialy in used cars, they are so chip, so if México opens the frontier to cars, imagine the Méxican car companies, that they are not Mexican but some are American others like VW, BMW Merc etc they will be against this aperture of used cars, the price would be so ship, that no one will buy a used or new car here, so thats more or less the problem, fisrt mexico has to built more strong economy and then we can compete again other used markets.

So imagine the permit for my car was really special, more in those days where the father government protect the mexican economy, and it was and stills very bad because we did not compete and that is very bad, prices are high and we buyers dont have many choises to choose.

Thanks again and i will keep writing, maybe my spanglish will improve someday.
