I've read this fact about the Z3 making the pattern offset. It was mentioned on the UUC page. Thanks for the facts. UUC seems to be the best.

My friend installed the Z3 shifter and it felt odd. 1st was where 3rd was. It was fairly notchy but I didn't mind that. I just don't like the fact that the positions are different.
