I will have one on my S-14. I am assembling parts to do the build (donations accepted). I will be making it as a second engine in my gararge. I can not get the car in it now, so what the heck. It will run in the 325-350 flywheel hp range at 12 - 15 psi. I currently estimate (subject to change based on reality [up] or luck [down]) the project to cost in the $10,000 range.
Basic plan (start with a GOOD head, crank, chain tensioner, oil pump, etc):

Custom 8.5:1 pistons $800
billet rods $720
Programable ECU $2500
Air/air intercooler $650
Turbo $1800
Custom exaust header $500
Stuff (blowoff, knock sensor, plumbing,
stuff like that) $1000
Engine dyno time $1500
(that's why it will take 6-9 mo. to build)

I will be making an instructional CDROM, and updateing this board.
BTW, I plan to try to keep the stock diff., and I figure 1st and 2nd gear to be useless
