As far as being "legal", the Polezi might enforce a TUV list of aerodynamic regulations, but at Autobahn speeds this makes sense. Going 70mph in a straight line down bumpy CA freeway, you can hardly put the M3's aerodynamics to good use. On a track this is a whole other story, however.

I'm currently running "illegally" with an EvoIII front splitter and no rear, but hopefully my contact in Germany will come through and get me a brand new EvoIII rear wing for $450 (I can't get any more, so please don't ask.) ;^) The donut eating CHP is so used to seeing cheese slicers and aircraft wings on the backs of Hondas, I doubt they even notice me.
