215/40 and 245/35 are the closest in 17 inch you can get to the stock diameter (I don't believe there is such a thing as a 225/35 is there?). Your roadholding will be better with the 17's but there is a slight acceleration penalty due to the increased weight. Of course you can't deny the 17's will look way better on the car!
