OK I just read the archives and looks like I have to replace the bushings. Do you think the bushings would cause a lower voltage when car is at idle (I'm getting around 12.7 volts). Doesn't seem high enough. Or do you think I need a new alternator also?

 your voltage regulator needs replacement.
