dead tach & temp gauge - Si board batteries (archive)

Took apart my dash and got to my si board. Looks like my board had already been replaced because I have the 2 orange batteries and no service indicator lights. Tested the batteries with my volt meter and they are dead. So hopefully replacing them will solve my problem. Can't drive an M3 w/o a tach. Well I have the batteries out and pieces all over the house. I'll have to go to radio shack tomorrow for some new NI-CAD batteries. I'll update you guys when I'm done.
