I made one out of alum. sheet from a hardware store. It attaches to the radiator mounts and blocks hot air from the rad fan. I also blanketed (not wrapped) the headers. The stock evo setup is pretty good, but you can beat it if you spend some time on it. The stock AFM is also v. restrictive - converting to mass air or map/TPS really helps the car out.
