Quarry, at the end of the start/finish is the car bender. Because you carry loads of speed down the straight(ish), then turn left and right, if you brake too late you will probably end up entering quarry backwards.......with all the consequences that can entail.......
beware of the two "S" chicanes :). I quite like the 2nd one, it seems to dip down a bit on the apex coming out of it before rising again. Go fast enough and its possible to have a good fishtail up the short straight (while still using full throttle).
Take care of your brakes. Get braking done before entering the corners.
Generally be careful. There isnt a lot of run-off. The corner at the end of the long pit straight seems a common place for car damaging accidents. If you really want to push the car to its limit (and risk a spin) do it in the hairpins, the 2nd one preferably.
I`m no expert though and have only been on the track a few times myself. I did 5 parade laps to start with to learn the circuit. You can still have some fun on the parade laps if you slow down to build a bit of a gap in front of you.
Have fun, it is a fun. When ive watched before I thought the track looked boring until I had a go myself.
Oh and wave at the totty in the crowds :)
I take it you've been there before then?
