Stock is 19mm up front and 16mm (or is it 16.5mm?) rear. The front bar is actually smaller than your 325i bar. It mounts on the strut tube on the M3, not on the control arm like your 325. Adding the M3 bars will not improve your handling an appreciable amount. Get H&R springs and better shocks (Koni or Bilstein Sport) and front camber plates (BMW OE or K-Mac). This will turn your 325 into a slot car.
