I am going to be replacing my accellerator cable in a week or two and plan on re-setting the base idle at the same time. I know you adjust it by turning the large flat-head screw on the passenger's side of the throttle bodies, in a counterclock-wise direction (usually?). But there are three wire's that need to be jumpered and I have to learn more about that B4 I have a go at it.HTH.
