Sounds like you're referring to the auxiliary fuse box. The red wire is full time power, the green one is ignition power. Anything coming out of this box has been added since the car was built. Primarily used for aftermarket phone's, etc. If you have no aftermarket accessories in the car, that you use, you could safely remove both wires from this box.


looked a bit closer...

seems to be wired into the fuse box via a red wire and a green one.

then the fried white and whatever green seem to plug into them....
