... will remove build up in the engine. I was recommended (and bought) this stuff from the BMW dealer. You put new oil & filter on., add this purge stuff and run it for 5 min. Drain and replace filter and oil again.

Hi,
i'm having the headgasket on my 90 m3 replaced due to blowing the old one and during that time the oil and coolant mixed so i had that "milk shake" oil crud in my engine.after the work is completed(new gasket) what's the best way to get rid of the coolant/milk shake stuff in the engine.can i use the engine flush stuff you can get at autozone that you mix w/ the oil or just change the oil/oil filter like 10 times within a week or so....any suggestions...thanks,rob
