How much brake fluid... (archive)

... does it take to change out the system. I need to change my fluid as part of routine maintence. I was planning on doing it the old fashioned way (pump the pedal) I was also planning on using ATE super blue... is this the best choice? Is there any thing special I need to do to get all the fluid out of the ABS system?
