Also, are the headlights and foglights go out when the high beams are turned on. The dealer says it should not do that. I am told that its normal for the regular lights to turn off when the high beams are turned on.

What exactly is the problem with the fusebox that was installed? I didn't realize that it was that different.Is it just that the numbers don't coincide with what's actually running through that fuse? BTW, you're using my "post name" pls add a last initial or something, thanks.
