For instance, I installed those red urethane bushings several months ago and I have to admit I wasn't as gentle as I should have been with it. I soaped them down and tapped them into place with a hammer. While working on the bench in my garage I rested the alternator on it's external blades by accident while I hammered the back ones in. I guess the blades were tweeked just enough to cause imperfection of the internal berrings. Now I have a slight squeak but not from any of the belts. It's the only thing I can attribute it to since there was no squeak before the bushings were installed and isn't really audible most of the time. Leason to be learned here, "Have those installed by a shop with a good press". Oh and use the white Bosche bushings too.
