I bought a 32mm wrench today to remove the fan cluch, but I have no way of un tightning the bolt because the pully housing (is that what it is called) just spins. I've basicly ruined an old oil filter remover strap. So how do i tie that part down?

just for my own sake, this is a reverse thread nut right? so I should push/pull the nut twards the driversid to remove?
thanks
Eric
