I have wedged a piece of urethane between the mirror "stem" and the windshield, as well as a piece of urethane between the mirror and the "stem". This has reduced the vibration, but did not eliminate it. The black urethane is rather unobtrusive to the eye.


I can't see the cops - the view is shaking! - is there a better rear view mirror I can buy for the E30?
