negative-pressure ("pull" or vacuum) systems such as easy-bleed are not as easy to use but are intuitive and, more important, pretty easy to find.
finally, the ole "gently push the the pedal to force the fluid out" method will work fine. it just takes longer and requires two people to be done correctly.
regardless which method, the general steps are the same: remove as much fluid from the master cylinder's reservior as possible WITHOUT taking out enough to allow air into the lines, fill to the rim with fresh fluid (castrol, ate, motul, your choice), start at the brake caliper FURTHEST from the cylinder (passenger's rear on the e30's), work counter- (also anti-) clockwise from there.
for step by excrutiating step instructions, the bentley manual is best, haynes does a fine job, and any internet search engine will produce something useful.
having done this job multiple times on three e30's, several motorcycles, and a few other cars, i'll never do it again without a decent positive-pressure system. those devices make it almost as easy to change the brake fluid as it is to change the oil.
