heat it up with a propane torch/acetleyne torch and then hit the start of the threads with wax(wax penetrates into threads) ,then imediately try to get it out, this has worked many time for me in our machine shop to get siezed fitting's out !cover anything you dont want burned with wet shop rags though.

OK, so I'm trying to get this damn thing out, and whoever the jackass that put the old one in before was, torqued it so tight it won't frickin' move!!
Anyone have any suggestions before I set the damn thing on fire and call it done?
I assume there's a rust penetrator somewhere that will work well enough that I can get this POS out of there?
