My point is that they present a dilemna....a 'two-edged' sword if you like. If you don't drive it it's a shame because that's what the car was built for and the inherent enjoyment of driving the car is lost...yet if you do drive it it's a shame because the mileage goes up and that 'special fact' that it's a 'nearly new yet old car' is lost.
Ultimately, it is impossible to accurately 'forecast' values on such cars.....they are worth what someone is prepared to pay....there is no 'market value'....they are basically ultra-rare commodities which only the two individuals (seller and buyer) must agree a deal on.
A convertible M3 with 4300 miles recently sold here in the U.K for £16000 ($23,700){including the hardtop}.I have pics and will try to load it up on my website soon.
I do not own it but it is for sale.
