Windshield replacement (archive)

I am having a hell of a time getting my windshield replaced. I took it to a body shop for some other work, as well as the windshield. When they pulled the shield, they discovered rust around the bottom of the cowl. They are in the process of sanding the cowl to get rid of the rust. However, these people know NOTHING about e30 m3's and I have to tell them exactly what to do.
I do not know where the 2 drain holes are. I think that the rust has widened these holes. I would greatly appreciate a description of the drain holes (diameter, where there are etc...)

Please let me know if the rust spots (and holes) are where the drain holes
are supposed to be.
