Depends what you want from the car.... S14 is a wild engine but lacks 'low down' performance..consequently you have to be really 'driving' to get the best from it. I f you're driving the car on a daily basis I reckon the M20 six cylinder would be the way I'd go. I've owned several 2002s and sold the last one recently.....I've always thought it would be nice to have a sweet six in one of those cars.

Go with the six!!!....Just my opinion

I am doing a '02 conversion project and am swaying between putting in an S14 or an M20 six. I am concerned about reliability, drivability, performance and price. Any thoughts out there?
