James, if it is the fender (or wing) BMW dont charge much for the part itself (mauybe 42 quid or something). Buy new and maybe get someone else to paint and fit it. If it is badly damaged the inner wing might need repairing or replacing.
I had a neighbour reverse into one of my front wings one morning last december (his rear window was misted and he didnt see my car parked).
If you are referring to the EvoII front splitter, I think Moseley makes replica pieces. If you want to stick with OEM, they're not very expensive. Here in the US they go for around $250.00.
