My '88 has a Dinan chip & exhaust cam sprocket, and Borla exhaust. She ranges from below 17mpg (during extremely hard use) to ~30mpg (cruise set at the speed limit). Pushing her past 75mph on the highway allows aerodynamics to pull the numbers down, as well. Tire pressures are a factor, as well. In my experience, the S14 gets slightly better numbers than the M20 and M30 engined cars I've owned.

I am comparing the S14 with the M20. What is the gas mileage with a stock S14 and one with a performance chip?
