I also have S-02s on e34 m5 rims but are not using the 5mm spacers as I couldn't find a set that was hub-centric. I didn't want to go to 15 mm either.

also converted to studs with alloy lock nuts. Stock suspension except for aluminum control arms w/offset bushings. No clearance issues.
