I run a 0-10 bar pressure gauge being a German car the gauge realy ought to be metric! The car from cold runs at nearly 8 bar x approx 15PSI giving 120 psi. The car has now covered 112,000 miles and still delivers this pressure. Once the car is warm the pressure is nearer 4 bar or 60 psi which means the needle of the gauge sits nearly in the middle as the rest of the M3's gauges do. The only other question to answer is what oil do i run and it is Castrol RS 5-60 grade.

Hope this has been of help.
