Standard M3 rear shock mounts are the same as all other E30 mounts except cabriolet. They're $12.25 each. I've heard that cabrio ones are far beefier and a direct retrofit. Cabrio mounts are $16.00

You can also opt for Ground Control rear mounts that are machined from aluminum and come with a lifetime warranty - even the rubber inserts. When those wear out, you would normally replace the mounts entirely. With the GC mounts, you just send in the worn ones and you get new ones in the mail. Price for the GC mounts is $98 bux though :^)

Either way, you might also want to look into getting the Z3 shock tower reinforcements. They install on the top of the shock tower to spread out the load up there. Gustave did a piece on this upgrade and you can read more about it at the link below. I think the parts are about $10 each from the dealer.
