upper and lower oil pan gaskets
mech. fan clutch
tranny and engine mounts
a/c compressor & alternator bushings
" " " " brackets and mounting hardware
various temp sensors and switches
There are more to add to this list, this was just off the top of my head. Some M3 parts seem to be alot more expensive than they are for other models, other parts are about the same. The biggest expense usually is the amount of time it takes to make these repairs. If you can do the work yourself, it won't be nearly as bad. Everything is so tightly packed and close together, it just takes forever to get to certain parts. Example: Replacing tranny mounts is a very simple job, IF you drop the exhaust. If you don't drop the exhaust, you get to spend up to 45 minutes removing one stuped nut because you can only turn the wrench and 8th of a turn each time. Not a hard job, just very time consuming.
