Mostly they are VERY similar but if I were to pick favorites, I'd have to go with 91. Basically, the late 89, the 90, and the 91 are all identical with airbags, fixed rear glass, aluminum ctrl arms, evo airbox, and non-ellipsoid headlights. The 91s have an ever so slight edge in that there were fewer made.
