i'll be at work tomorrow and would be tackling at the thing again on tuesday,if all hopes have failed i'll be using the last resort and hacking off some material to get a vise in there,you're right it looks over engineered but i'll probably end up replacing it once it hacked since you can see this when you open the oil cap(nasty site!)thay told me this thing costs $400 bucks!!! rob
