Where do the M5 gaskets go, between the intake gasket blocks and the head or between the intake gasket blocks and the throttle bodies, or both? Do you use any sealant on them?

Thanks,
Mike

very simple job. If you have any mechinacal experence you should have no problem with this job. I have some pics I will post here as well tonight.. You need to use a 10mm BOX end wrench, the open end will strip the nuts for sure.. There is a special torx you will need, I just went and got a full set from autozone for 12 dollars..

You remove the intake, the maf up to the plentum.. Then you remove the intake plentum by removing the 10mm nuts that hold the airhorns together, and the nut under the plentum. Then you need the torx to remove the throtal bodies, then replace the gaskets with the new ones and also use the paper gaskets from the e28 m5 inbetween the head and the TB's.. then put it back together..

Evo intake gaskets: go to the link below
You need two.

E28 M5 paper gaskets: 13 54 1 315 081
You need two.

Sorry I am not much of a writer, nor speller.. I hope you can understand the info.. if you have any questions please feel free to ask me via email or i can give you my phone number and I would not mind talking to you if you get stuck..
