well Ive only just put stock 15`s on the rear and havent really had the chance to test `em out properly yet.
If you put 245*45`s on they will slow u down a bit (acceleration)and also make the rear of your car look high if you keep 225*45`s on the front( kind of a dragster look). The handling with 245`s on the back was pretty good actually. I think because the rear was higher it counteracted possible understeer caused by using wider tyres. I`m not sure about this but i didnt suffer with understeer.

If I were you I`d keep to 225`s all round.

Two wheels side by side. On the right a 245*45 tyre on a 16 inch wheel (which I use on the rear) and on the left is a 205*55 tyre on a 15 inch std M3 rim .

And boyyyyyyy is that 16 inch wheel and tyre combo HEAVY. Its a 16" * 9" wheel.

what is the difference like when you drive on them, top speed, accelleration, handling?
I have 225/45 on 16x8's and have thought about using 245/45's
thnx, CR
