Remove the steering wheel using a 22mm socket. You need to have the key in the ignition to pull the steering wheel off. Remove the kick panel above your pedals. Remove the two knurl nuts below the cluster (kind of hard to see unless you are laying on your back). Remove the ring that goes all the way around the cluster (two or so screws revealed when you remove the kick panel). Now you will see several screws around the cluster, remove them all. Slid the cluster out a bit, remove the plugs behind the cluster. Now it should pull right out.

I need to get to my tac and temp gauge, som1 said thers's a battery to replace?? Well i checked the fuses, 10 and 21 for 87 325ic, but it still does not work?? Do I need to take off my steering wheel to et to this?? Thanks
