Well all I have to say is fu*k off to people who are trying to lowball values on our cars, based on KBB/Edmunds, etc. The fact is that E30 M3's are rare (like more rare than the Porsche 930 turbo for example) and condition/maintenance/history play a MAJOR part in the value of a collector car like an M3.
If people want to pay book, value for a used M3, then they sould go find one at a used car auction or on a dealer lot.
Rant off.

Bill don't worry. Your car will go to the person who want's it most and there are plenty of people out there willing to do almost anything to get a good/clean example. The M3's are rare because they are cars that had a niche. As we all know, M3's are supposed to be driven hard and a good number of them have been turned into track cars, totalled, wrecked, salvaged, or just beat. So figure that 5000 or so were imported into the States and of that 5000 maybe 3/4 or less? of them are still around and how many of them are in good condition? Who knows, but the car is certainly getting more and more rare that's for sure. Keep yours and see what happens 10 more years down the line. You know how much your car is worth. It's not about finding a buyer who's willing to pay because there's a lot of people looking to buy the E30 M3, it's more like how low is the seller willing to sell.
