I believe I have seen an Alpina cover for the E30 but it cost over $1000...probably since it's out of production.

I went with the M-Coupe diff. cover. It bolts right up (with different length bolts) and has a bunch of cooling fins on it. I think list is around $170 or so, so get 25-30% off and it's pretty reasonable. Check around. PN is 33 11 2 228 335.

I'm not sure if it holds any more oil but it has the fins. It might hold a bit more considering the longer bolts it requires. It also comes with a beefier bushing already installed.

Check out www.e30m3performance.com for a write-up.

I know Alpina has an E36 rear differential cover available. I believe it holds almost one quart more oil AND it does have cooling fins.

Did Alpina ever make anything for the E30s? I'd imagine it would apply to all models of the E30.

Any leads or information, please let me know. Doesn't have to be Alpina

Thanks,
Terry
