I am either stupid, or the buyers out there think that based on my selling price, it may not be that nice of a car....IT IS.
Perhaps this is God's way of telling me to KEEP IT!
Now, how do I tell my wife that "GOD SAID.....":)

Hey Gordon, glad you found a car. I was just about to email you to say that I sold mine that you inquired about.

To anyone else who has been following the "value of E30 M3s" threads, I was the one who posted an E30 M3 for sale in CT a few days ago. I was asking $17,500. I ended up selling it to the very first person who looked at it for $16,000 - mainly because an investment opportunity came up and I went from a "not very motivated seller" to a "motivated seller" 2 days after I posted the ad. I'm absolutely positive I could have got more than $16,000 if I held out for a week or two. Anyway just wanted to let you guys know ... if you have a nice E30 M3 don't sell it cheap because you will definitely find a buyer for what it's really worth. And we all know that is far above any blue book value ...
