Two months ago when i acquired my '88M3 i got a set of 17" E36 M3 ten spokes,so i saw good prices at tirerack on 17" tires,so i ordered the tires which they say they had in stock,two days pass 7 i receive a phone call from customer service stating that my bank does'nt have my phone number on file for the transaction,,,no problem so i do the three way on the phone w/ my bank & a nasty phone operator from t/r anyway with that resolved i order the wheels,after 10days NO delivery ? when i called the salesman stated there are no more in stock !!! after all this i said screw it cancel my order,,,,Now this past monday,when i trie dto order a set of bbs rk wheels,i told the salesman about the last episode and stated i just would like things to go smoothly,he said no problem i'll make sure anything is alright,,now this evening i get a call stating the order is being held up,because i can't be reached at work !!! i'm in the field all day,,all i wanted to do is get some rims with my hard earned money & this woman tries to give me a speech on credit card fraud,I'm in LAW ENFORCEMENT I KNOW ALL ABOUT IT....i've ordered from almost every bmw specialist on the planet at least one time or another,with much respect & class and no problems,these fools at tire rack wanted my life story,where do you work ,what's your title all sorts of nonsense,that's not even revelant you would think that they would be alot more professional,but in today day & age that's kinda unheard of...well i'll never call or refer these jackasses to anyone,good luck to my M3 family.......Randy'88M3
