I've also had some problems with the quality of some of their parts. Name brands are fine but you can usually get them cheaper. I'd be careful with any part that's not a name brand aftermarket (Supersprint, Bilstein, etc.) or BMW part, i.e. BMP brand or no-name. I don't think they are too careful with their suppliers.
