I'll back that up. Unless my thinking is way off the only thing it could possibly do is make the response of the shock absorbers slightly more responsive. That is if there is any flex in the rear towers horizontally from the vertical forces.

If this is wrong someone please back it up

stiffer than it is well worth it !!!!

I have a real problem believing that rear "strut bars" would make much difference. Our cars don`t have rear struts. All the forces from the rear suspension are vertical. How does a bar that connects the shock towers help?
