How fast is 238 hp EVO III? (archive)

I was wondering how fast the 238 hp 2.5L motor is. I've seen times in articles as 6.1 0-60 for euro versions. If that motor is in a US spec car with 4.10 rear gears, would it be a tad faster or do the US gear ratios create the same overall gearing?
