That's according to that wheel weight database that someone posted a while back. Also, I guess they call it the RG-R on that page. They also have an RG F1-Racing on there that only comes in smaller sizes.

It makes sense since regular 17x8 RXs weigh around 22 lbs. and these forged ones look like they have considerably thinner spokes along with a forged rim.

BBS RG-Racing (forged RXs) - available only for Japan domestic market.

I've heard from several people that the 95s are notoriously soft and bend easily on any kind of pothole hit.
