if it is possible to get to the crack to weld it yes it is fixable. just be sure to let whomever you have attempt the fix that its is stainless steel . and make sure they know how to weld stainless (its is tricky to weld such that it wont crack again)

I have noticed a crack in the weld joint of the header, can it be rewelded and be reliable?
