Those numbers mean everything on an M engine, especially with several previous owners and unknown care history.

If it's in excellent condition, about $15k. But remember the market isn't tolerating high prices on used cars these days. The economy is down, forcing down sales of new and used cars, especially "luxury" items such as an M3.
