Im currently living in West Berkshire, fairly close to a few tracks which is convenient :). THis reminds me, was it you who was asking about trackdays recently? I remember seeing a message a week or so back from a brit based in the South but didnt have time to respond. I would definately recommend spending time at an airfield especially if you havent previously had any track time. Cheaper and safer than most tracks, good for learning the limits of your car without worrying about the possibility of major damage (although cones can still hurt!).
