Are they black? as for the paint wear, just get that black vinyl paint from any auto part store. works great, you can't tell. where is the rip?. If in the center, you can just buy those seperate. Tell bmw your a machanic, or be real nice, you may get a discount. reupholtering anypart of those seats is about 150.00 just for one bolster..I would have to see your seats to see what the better route would be.. If you need to find someone who does that in SF, just check the phone book,(bite the bullet, and drive to the place) Once they say, YES, we can do that no problem, and that they use BMW factory bla bla bla..you'll be past this problem. I've been there, done that..Don't pay more than 300 dollars for four bolsters on one seat...Good luck... Does anybody know a good place to repair the E30 M3 front
seats in the Bay Area? I live in East bay.
The driver side extension piece has an urgly tear(7 inches)
and passanger side and back seat lost black paint in the
age lines. They could be refinished without replacing them.
