Your wheels are et22, have you tried 235's? I can get a set of 17x8 et20's with 235/40x17 tires but I am worried about rubbing in the front. what do you think?

Sorry these are 18x8.5, from the new M5

Those should fit just fine providing that you select the right tire sizes. It would also be a good idea to use four front wheels from the M5 as I think the rears are either 9.5" or 10" wide.

A decent tire to use would the Bridgestone Potenza SO3 in 225/35/18. It is a high quality tire and the size is very close to the stock overall diameter.

My wheels are 18x8 ET22 and there are no fitting issues.
